Who We Are
DLE Steel International was founded in 2013 to provide our clients a single stop solution for their Structural Steel requirements. With our extensive knowledge of structural steel design, fabrication and construction, we specialize in undertaking Structural Steel projects from tender stages to detail design, 3D modelling, fabrication and construction till completion.
Till date DLE Steel International has successfully completed over 70 projects (domestically and internationally) with endorsements from all our clients.
We continue to pride ourselves as a design and build steel specialist to support our clients to achieve their cost, technical & Schedule requirements.
WHAT WE DO​
Pre-Projects:
From tender design, to project details finalization (including procedures like local authorities design checks and submission), DLE Steel International offers complete services to support our clients to achieve their tender objectives and getting approvals for steel fabrication.
Fabrication & Installation:
DLE Steel International manages the complete 3D modeling, shop drawings approval, fabrication, quality control and delivery shipment (fulfilling all stringent local authorities requirements), and handles installation works until completion where applicable.
Specialist:
Other than being a structural steel specialist, we are also trained in cladding and roofing systems, fire proofing protection, steel/stainless Steel metal works etc. Our business objective is to help our clients find the most economical and viable solutions for their project needs and we aspire to forge a strong partnership with them to handle the most challenging projects both in terms of timeline and complexity.
Our Team
DLE Steel International Execute our Projects via 3 major Departments
Design & Engineering Department
With a team of Designers, Detailer and Tekla modelers, this department is responsible for all design works, shop drawings preparations, Tekla modeling, fabrication drawings preparation etc. Estimation and preliminary design for tenders are also responsibility of this team.
Project & Production Management Department
Our production control team works closely with manufacturing to release shop drawings on time, monitor and track production timelines, phasing sequences, inspections quality control as well and packing and delivery of the products until completion.
Project Execution Department
Our project team work closely with clients for site preparation works, material testings, site erection and completion work. We also assit in CONQUAS inspections, as well as coordination with other trades specialist to complete the project on a timely and orderly manner.
